Amanda + Michael | Round Hill Country Club Wedding

Amanda and Michael had a fun wedding at Round Hill Country Club. The day started at Lafayette Park Hotel with prep. They both got ready in separate rooms but had all of their family and friends with them to share the joy and laughter. After prep Amanda met her father and grandpa, this was our first time capturing a “father daughter first look”. Definitely something we highly recommend for brides and grooms who don’t want to see each other before the ceremony. Next we made our way to St. Mary’s Catholic church, were Amanda and Michael shared beautiful hand written vows. Immediately after the ceremony they had a festive grand exit. They ended the night at Round Hill Country Club where they held their reception.
We loved capturing their day. What we noticed the most throughout the entire day is how much their family and friends were genuinely happy for them. There was never a moment where they didn’t give a loving stare or an emotional smile seeing Amanda and Michael together. We hope you enjoy their Round Hill Country Club Wedding.

When we first met Peter and Veronica, we knew their wedding was going to be one to remember. If you can recall from last year we shot their Save The Date Video. This gave us a chance to really get to know them so we were naturally excited about their upcoming wedding. And that excitement continued on the day of the wedding.

What happens when you mix real super 8mm, HD, and a couple completely in love? You get a really amazing super 8 wedding film!
I love when I get the chance to shoot on Super 8 film. When Vanessa contacted me, she already knew that she wanted to use real 8mm film for her wedding video. She contacted us after watching our last wedding we shot on 8mm and she absolutely fell in love with the vintage feel and organic textures that it offered. We were very happy to oblige.
What we loved most about shooting Vanessa and Raffy’s wedding is that you could tell they were genuinely in love and smitten with one another. I think that really comes through in the video. Even though the cameras were there, the only thing that mattered was each other, like they were in their own little world.
Check out Vanessa and Raffy’s awesome wedding day in San Francisco!

McKenzie and Tim had a beautiful outdoor ceremony in Calistoga, CA. Although, it didn’t start out that way. All morning it was pouring rain, with no sign of it letting up before the ceremony. The the coordinator setup the outside location along with a backup inside location to be safe. Thirty minutes before the ceremony started, the rain stopped, the clouds cleared, and the sun shined bright for this beautiful Napa Ceremony. What really surprised me, was that McKenzie didn’t fret once about the rain or let it ruin her morning with her girls. It was almost as if she knew it would stop just in time. We loved working with McKenzie and Tim, we couldn’t have asked for a more picture perfect couple.
We had a blast shooting this wedding along side Michelle Kim Photography. Check out her gorgeous images here. We also enjoyed working with the coordinator Mary Ellen with Off the Beaten Path Weddings. She ran the day without a hitch. I hope that you enjoy their lovely film.

Happy New Year Everyone! Here is our first highlight video for 2014, the Julia Morgan ballroom wedding.
Sangeeta and Marcus had a stylish Indian ceremony in Downtown San Francisco at the Julia Morgan Ballroom. The decor was amazing, their Mandap really enhanced the already beautiful Julia Morgan Ballroom Wedding. We shot along side our good friend and photographer Loïc with http://loicphoto.com.
This was Marcus’s first time taking part in a traditional Indian ceremony, so all of the traditions were new to him. I think he pulled through very well. Sangeeta was a radiant bride with a bubbly personality and I think it really showed throughout the video. Were thankful to have been apart of their day and we hope you enjoy their epic wedding video!
